JOURNEY OF FGV HOLDINGS' YOUNG TALENTS THROUGH THE YOUNG SHAPERS PROGRAM (YSP).
AIMSMET was entrusted to design and deliver the young talents for FGV Holdings. Using our unique program design methodology, AIMSMET has successfully designed and delivered the program for FGV talents called “Young Shapers Program” in short YSP.
The key outcome of YSP is for FGV to have a pool of talents who are willing, able and ready to lead and manage the execution of key strategic initiatives currently in the business pipeline.
The six-month journey is filled with action-packed; real business concerns and projects are put to the table. All the seminar sessions are interactive, relevant and real business concerns are discussed. The action learning continues with learners working on assigned projects at their workplace, managing the various stakeholders’ needs and expectations. Their learning also includes project presentations to the full Group Management Committee (GMC) members chaired by the Group Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Haris Fadzilah Hassan himself.
Feedback received by many participants is, “This is a real ‘eye and mind’ opener for all of us, as this is active and action learning to the fullest.”
The program comprises of face to face seminars led by our module field experts, who are industry practitioners and each group was coached by our project management specialist. During the course of the program, each participant is coached on the soft aspect by our professional coaches.
AIMSMET is pleased to know that some of the participants are promoted while undergoing the program and almost seventy percent of the participants are now flying high within the organization leading and managing the FGV projects.
